Payments Terms

  • 1. All inclusive viz. Food, Lodging, Sightseeing and Up-Down transportation from pick up and drop point(s)
  • 2. Entry fees, Joy rides, Guide charges, if any extra permission be required and any other charges are straightly excluded from the package.
  • 3. Accommodation : Rooms will be allotted family-wise (usually triple sharing in a double bedded room).
  • 4. Accommodation quality : more or less equivalent to standard or, semi deluxe category.
  • 5. If rail booking is required by any means within the trip, in that case, availability and choice of railway berths will completely depend on Railway Authorities.
  • 6. Reservation charges (i.e. at least one-third of the total package amount and full amount of the total ticket and transportation booking charges payable) should be deposited at the time of booking and Final payment should be cleared by 10 days prior to the date of journey through by Internet Banking / IMPS / NEFT / RTGS / Cheque Payment (full payment should be realized or clearance of the cheque(s) to be succeeded in the said time) / Offline or Online Bank Transfer.
  • 7. If there any increase in Railway, Bus, Travelling & Transportation charges &/or any other freight & fare or other costs take place, the difference has to be borne by the party.
  • 8. If anybody cancels the tour after booking, the received amount shall be refunded after deducting the cancellation charges of ‘Awaymaker’ (as per the requirements and decision of the management of ‘Awaymaker’ ; the cancellation-charges depend on the spending already done and other spending or charges to be borne by the authority on behalf of the respective person and his/her booking).
  • 9. The said itineraries and day wise trip planning may be changed, altered, increased or cancelled depending on the situation, circumstance, environment, weather, timing, permission, health condition and any other unavoidable issues or hazards or simply for the sake of betterment of the overall trip and travelers or risk avoidance.
  • 10. Food plan and food menu may any time be changed or altered depending on the availability of the food items, cooking & serving arrangements, cooking accessories and cook / food maker or simply for the taste & preferences.
  • 11. In case the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstance the extra cost will have to be borne by the party.
  • 12. The management of ‘Awaymaker’ will not allow any type of inconvenience, misbehavior, disgraceful attitude from any member of the tourists.
  • 13. If any damage / harm is done by any tourist consciously or unconsciously of / to the train, bus, car, hotel and any third party (living or non-living), the sole responsibility of the damage will be of the tourist party and he / she / they has / have to bear the cost of the damage done completely.
  • 14. The management of ‘Awaymaker’ will not undertake any liabilities towards any loss / document loss / damage of life / property and breakage of any other belongings whatsoever of the tourist caused by any accident / theft / robbery or any other untoward happenings during the tour.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Before 1 calendar month of the trip - Up to 75% of total package amount.
  • Before 7 days prior to the trip - Up to 50% of total package amount.
  • Between 3 to 7 days prior to the trip - No refund.
